The Robinsons were charged with heroin possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy and a drug violation in a school zone. Police said they found packages of heroin in their home. The raid was carried out by the Martha's Vineyard Drug Task Force.

"Multiple safes were located in the house which Robinson claimed he didn’t have the combinations for," police said in a statement. "Members of the Tisbury Fire Department were called to the scene to assist with opening the safes, which they did successfully. One of the safes contained a quantity of bundles of paper folds which contained a brown powdery substance believed to be heroin."
