• State Police Celebrate National Forensic Science Week (town.news) — State officials have marked a major milestone in building a new State Police crime lab in Marlborough that will replace and consolidate the existing facility in Maynard, changing where much of that work is done. The four-story, 200,000-square-foot lab is expected to open in 2028, and leaders say it will modernize forensic services that support criminal investigations across Massachusetts.
