13th Annual Light up Baxter Park On Veterans Day

Join us in Lighting Up Baxter Park on Veterans Day...

Michelle Doucette, a member of the American Legion Auxilliary, will once again be "Lighting Up" Baxter Park on Veterans Day. If you have never seen this event, it is a magnificent display of Luminary bags perfectly placed around Baxter Park, with each bag displaying the name of a Veteran.

If you would like to purchase a Luminary Bag in memory or in honor of a Veteran, EITHER print form below and send to Michelle Doucette OR write the Name of the Veteran (also include branch of service, rank, conflict, etc. if you'd like) and send info with payment (check made to ALA Post 110) $6/bag or 2 bags for $10 to Michelle Doucette, 17 Pleasant Street, Medfield, MA 02052 and include YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION in case she needs clarification.

The bags will be displayed on Veterans Day - Monday, NOVEMBER 11th, 2019 and will be lit at 5pm.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to support Auxiliary programs for Veterans and their families, the Stephen Hinkley Award Scholarship and the Girls State Program.

This will be the 13th annual Light Up Baxter Park event on Veterans Day.

The American Legion Auxilliary is also celebrating their 100th year, and are accepting donations as well!
