Big Blue Begins Season 3-0
Medfield High School Boys' Basketball defeats Norton 63-49 for 3rd straight victory to start season
Senior Captain John Williams led the Big Blue with 18 points and 13 rebounds as they defeated Norton 63-49 at home Thursday night. Chris McGrory contributed 13 points. Also playing well in the third game of the season was Matt Johnson with 8 points and 4 steals.
The Big Blue defeated Medway on Tuesday night 59-49. Chris McGrory led the team with 18 points and 17 rebounds. Williams again had a strong game with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Captain Evan Howells played well at the point guard spot with 11 points and some solid defense.
In the opening game on the road last Friday the Big Blue won 65-44 over Millis. Captain Jack Madej had a solid performance with 14 points. McGrory led the team in scoring with 16 points. Howells scored 10 and Williams chipped in 13.
