Recently, the Town of Medfield painted a "Do Not Block the Box" on Rt 109...please be mindful when driving in Medfield Center.

Have you seen the "Do Not Block the Box" on Main Street?
In speaking with MPD Chief Guerette, this "Box" was painted on Main Street in late August in an attempt to keep traffic flowing on Main Street.
As most residents who drive on Main Street regularly are aware, traffic can back up between the lights at Rt 109/North Street and the lights at Rt 109 / South Street and when cars are in need of taking a left onto Janes Avenue they oftentimes had no access to turn due to vehicles blocking the entrance.

Please be mindful of the "Box" when driving on that stretch of road and heed the "Do Not Block the Box".
