May 1st IAM Strong Foundation 5K Run/Walk

The IAM Strong Foundation Second Annual 5K Run/Walk will take place on Sunday, May 1st at the Charles Flahive Field, Westwood High School. Registration begins at 8 AM, activities open at 8:30 AM, and the 5K off road course begins at 9:30 AM. There will be a 1.5 mile route for those preferring a shorter option, as well as an obstacle course for young children, children’s activities, raffles, and a silent auction. In addition, a special balloon release will take place, to show how mental health has affected the lives of friends and loved ones. Registration is ongoing and details about how to participate can be found at www.iamstrongfoundation.org.  This is a multi-town event with activities for the whole family.
