Medfield Baseball wins 6-3 over Plymouth North
Chris McGrory, Dean Adams Lead Medfield Warriors to Division 2 South Finals
The Medfield Warriors High School Baseball team defeated Plymouth North 6-3 at Rockland Stadium Thursday night to advance to the Division 2 South Finals of the MIAA Tournament. The Warriors will play Saturday at Brockton against Middleboro who defeated Nauset in the earlier game.
Sophomore Chris McGrory hurled 6 2/3 innings allowing 5 hits, 3 earned runs, 3 walks and 11 strikeouts. He also contributed at the plate with a sacrifice fly and a bases loaded walk.
Senior leftfielder Dean Adams had 2 triples, was hit by a pitch, scored 3 runs, and had a stolen base.

Senior Josh Hirschfeld came in to pitch with 2 outs in the 7th with runners on base to end the game with a strike out.
