Medfield Big Blue Opens Season
The Medfield High School Boys' Basketball Teams opens up on the road at Millis Friday December 11
The Medfield Big Blue opens the 2015-2016 season (tomorrow) Friday December 11th at Millis High School - 6:30pm. The team will be led by Senior Captains Jack Madej, John Williams and Evan Howells. Madej and Williams were Tri Valley honorable mention all-stars last season. Senior Matt Johnson will start at the off guard position while Junior Chris McGrory will be the starting center. Seniors Max Karger, Matt Marie, and George Sawan along with Junior Jack Fitzgerald and Sophomore Jake Dubbs will add depth in the backcourt. Kyle Robertson another senior will play center off the bench. Junior Steven Loranger and John Lowell will fill in at the forward positions.
Coach Herb Grace will be starting his 25th season of coaching the Big Blue. Long time assistant Mike Mason will return while Al Necchi will serve as JV coach and former 1000 point scorer Evan Moon will return as Freshman coach. Click here for season schedules: http://miaa.net/schools/public/MedfMe1
