Medfield Board of Water, Sewerage to Discuss Water Main Construction Projects

The Medfield Board of Water and Sewerage will meet Thursday night to discuss updates to the town’s Water Main Construction project, as well as to acknowledge the retirement of Water and Sewer Foreman Ed Hinkley, among other agenda items.

Agenda: Thursday, Aug. 21

7 p.m. Mar-cia Testa of G.K. Development Corp. to discuss water and sewer connections for 57 Farm St.

7:15 p.m. Paul Millett of Environmental Partners Group (EPG) to give an update on the Water Tank Design and Water Main Construction projects.

7:45 p.m. Board to discuss and vote on the additional contract service proposal from EPG.

8 p.m. Board to discuss approaches for acting on the Medfield Board of Selectmen’s request to collaborate with the superintendent to vet enterprise operating budgets.

8:15 p.m. Board to acknowledge the retirement of Ed Hinkley (Water and Sewer Foreman) and his many years of service to the town of Medfield.

8:20 p.m. Board to discuss the selection of a consultant to develop a list of recommended policies for the Water and Sewer Departments.

8:30 p.m. Board to discuss the monthly budget reports.

8:35 p.m. Jeremy Marsette to sign the July 2014 adjustment sheet.

8:40 p.m. Board to approve the minutes of June 17 and July 16 Board of Water and Sewerage meetings.
