Medfield residents are reminded that as of Nov. 1 plastic bags will no longer be given at checkout by Medfield retailers and restaurants. Plastics used inside stores, such as produce and deli bags, as well as dry cleaning and newspaper bags will continue to be available. Reusable bags are available for purchase in several Medfield stores as well as online. Paper bags will be available if needed. Bringing your own bag is best!
