10:42am - Phone - Fire Call - Cumberland Farms - Main St - A1 reports receiving a call regarding fire alarm activation at this address. A1 and 334 responding. A1 reports accidental, caused by cooking. Units clear.

11:38am - Phone - Village Griddle - caller reports locking keys inside vehicle. 335 responding.
12:11pm - Walk in - party in lobby to report a suspicious piece of mail. Wanted incident logged.
7:02pm - Phone - Near Rocky Woods - caller on the two way line transfer from State reports she is on Hartford Street and her car is not running right. Car 335 and 332 notified and will check on her.

5:55am - Traffic Control - West St / Adams St - 332 clear, 1 citation issued.
6:16am - Traffic Control - Park Street Books, Main St - 1 written warning issued
6:16am - Traffic Control - North St / Harding St - zero violations observed.
7:10am - Phone - Main St / Hartford St - caller reports deer in field, unsure if hurt. ACO Cronin notified.
11:31am - Radio - Ice House Rd - 332 will be out with 4 vehicles parked blocking traffic.
1:46pm - Phone - South St - caller reports loose black lab in yard. ACO Cronin notified.
3:04pm - Phone - Hospital Road - John Thompson reports RXR crossing has been going off for an hour. 335 notified. Mass Coastal notified.
4:52pm - Alarm - Needham Bank - Alarm Company reports commercial burglar alarm Lobby motion activated. 332 notified and responding.
5:28pm - 911 Fire Call - Pound Street - E911 caller reports fire alarm activation with smoke in the house. Box 421 struck. All units notified and responding.
6:10pm - 911 - Traffic - West Mill Street - E911 caller reports a vehicle all over the roadway and appearing to be watching a video on their cell phone while driving. 332 notified.
6:58pm - 911 - Vehicle Accident - Eastmount Rd - E911 caller reports car vs deer. Unknown PI. A1, 332 notified and responding. 332 requesting Assured Collision for one tow, Assured notified and responding.
7:26pm - 911 - Burglary - Fairview Rd - E911 caller reports someone just tried to break down their front door.

1:11am - Radio - MSH Grounds - 330 reports check of the State Hospital and School Buses, no issues.
10:06am - Phone - North Meadows Rd / West St - caller reports issue with traffic lights at this intersection. Both directions of travel having green lights. 330 responding.
8:17pm - Traffic Control - Randy's Garage / Sunoco, Spring St - zero violations observed. Average speed 37mph.
Friday, February 14
1:36am - Radio - MSH Grounds - 335 reports a check of the area and school buses. The lights overlooking the buses are out. AM shift please call the HWY dept and let them know.
5:47am - 911 Fire Call - Meade Avenue - caller reports smoke detector going off in the house, no smoke. Nothing showing.
8:44am - Phone - Traffic - Main St - Walpole PD report erratic operator traveling 109 West Bound. 332 and 335 responding.
9:48am - Traffic Control - Green St - 332 reports average speed of 32mph, zero citations issued.
9:55am - Phone - Burglar Alarm - Dale St - Alarm Company reports commercial tamper alarm. 331 on scene. 331 reports alarm being worked on.
5:28pm - Phone - Medfield State Hospital - ACO Laplante reports he was called to remove a dead raccoon. He removed the raccoon.
7:15pm - 911 - Misdialed/Abandoned - Caller reports no issues, dialed wrong area code. Car 335 is clear, accidental.
9:30pm - Phone - cell caller reports the car in front of her was all over the road. The car turned onto Rt 27 South heading toward the center. Car 334 notified. All units clear, GOA.
Saturday, February 15
1:47am - Phone - Suspicious Activity - Knollwood Rd - caller reports his backyard camera went off and there was a male subject walking through his back yard on his cell phone and went up South Street toward the town center. Cars notified. Car 335 will be out in the are. Car 332 also out. Cars clear, subject was given a ride home.
11:33am - Phone - Bishop Lane - caller reports skunk under their front porch. ACO notified.
1:58pm - Phone - Pheasant Rd / Marlyn Rd - caller reports coyote with a hurt foot roaming the area. ACO Laplante notified. 358 reports area search negative.
3:50pm - 911 Fire Call - South St - E911 caller reports water leaking from the ceiling. A1, 335 notified. A1 requesting Bldg Inspector and Electrical Inspector notified. A1 reports power and water have been shut off. A1 put lock on electrical box until Inspector assesses building. All units will be clear.
Sunday, February 16
10:10am - Radio - Traffic Control - St Edwards - 330 wlll be out for church traffic.
1:04pm - Phone - Main St / Park St - caller reports vehicle driving erratically traveling 109 westbound. 330 responding. 330 reports check of 109 to Millis town line. Millis PD notified.
6:21pm - Phone - Center of town - Main St - 911 call transfer from the State reports a silver/blue Honda Civic was tailgating and passed them on Main St. Cars notified and caller did not want to leave her name.. Cars clear, GOA. Millis PD also had this car stopped.
10:14pm - Phone - Burglar Alarm - Kettle Pond Way - Alarm Company reports burglary alarm coming from the front interior motion. 335 and 330 responding. Spoke to the homeowner via phone, reports the dogs may be setting off motion detector. Property hand check and secured. Units will be clear.

1:19am - Traffic Control- 335 reports traffic post at Medfield Town Hall, Main St. zero violations observed.
