7:03pm - 911 Traffic/motor vehicle complaint - North Meadows Rd / Hospital Rd - 911 caller reports an erratic operator of dark Chevy turning from North Meadows Rd onto Hospital Rd at a high speed. Caller also reported the vehicle had passed cars in the breakdown lane and was traveling extremely dangerously.
