Needham Bank Recognizes Marjorie Cappucci with Promotion to VP

Marjorie Cappucci was promoted to Vice President, Medfield Branch Manager in recognition of her hard work and leadership skills.

Cappucci Promoted to Needham Bank Vice President

Needham Bank recently announced Officer Promotions at the quarter two company-wide town hall meeting. At this time, Marjorie Cappucci was promoted to Vice President, Medfield Branch Manager in recognition of her hard work and leadership skills.

Ms. Cappucci will continue to oversee all aspects of Medfield’s branch performance with a primary focus on business development and relationship building within the community.“Marjorie has done an outstanding job of leading our Medfield branch over the past seven years, building a strong team of employees that are continuously working to improve all aspects of the branch,” said Carrie Vargas, Senior Vice President, Retail. “Marjorie’s a successful team leader with an extraordinary commitment to our customers and the community she serves.

Ms. Cappucci joined Needham Bank in 2013 as Medfield’s Branch Manager and was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager in 2014. Prior to that, she was a Branch Manager for Middlesex Savings Bank.

She is a graduate of Henry O. Peabody Technical School in Norwood, Massachusetts, and has received her Branch Manager’s Series Certification from the Massachusetts Bankers Association.
