Ninth Week - Wednesday's "Medfield Historical Minute"
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis.

A Medfield Historical Minute...
This "Medfield Historical Minute" is brought to you by town historian Richard DeSorgher.
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis. A different "Medfield Historical Minute" will appear each day during the Crisis.
"In 1797 the town pound is mentioned as being at the corner of South and Pound Streets. It had been removed from its original location near the meeting house (First Parish Church, North Street), but at what date does not appear. It was moved again in 1862 to High Street where it is still currently located (High Street, opposite Homestead Drive)"
