The Pan Mass Challenge riders came through Medfield bright and early on Saturday morning on August 3rd having left Wellesley at the crack of dawn, they began coming into Medfield center before 7am!
It was overcast but warm, so the riders definitely had a big challenge ahead of them as they headed to complete their ride to Bourne.
Medfield residents stood outside of their homes on North Street and others gathered in Medfield center as riders crossed the intersection of Rt 109 to Pleasant Street. Onlookers cheered them on with ringing cow bells and thanking them as they passed by.

Riders of all ages, and all sizes, started this trek at Babson College in Wellesley, and many of them could be heard asking what town they were in as they approached Medfield Center.
Medfield's finest was directing traffic as well as clearing the way for the ridersas they came into Medfield center. Many of the riders shouted "Thank you!" to the traffic officer for helping them cross Main Street.
