The Medfield Planning Board wants the residents of Medfield to be informed of the proposed
zoning changes for Annual Town Meeting as early as possible.

On February 4, 2019, the Planning Board voted to include the following zoning bylaw amendments for inclusion in the 2019 ATM Warrant:
- Upper Spring Street Overlay District (USSOD)
- Boundary of USSOD
- Edit to Use Table
- Edit to Height & Bulk Table
- Site Plan Review Criteria
- Edit to Inclusionary Zoning Bylaw
- ZBA Special Permit Criteria
- Use Table edits for consistency in terminology
The current Chair of the Planning Board is George Lester but he will be unavailable to attend the Annual Town Meeting, therefore Vice-Chair, Sarah Lemke, will be presenting the Planning Board's report.
