This year will be the 17th consecutive year with over 1,000 attendees expected. The proceeds are for preservation and protection of recreational space and other open space in Medfield, Dover, Sherborn and surrounding communities.
The polo match has historical significance going back to 1888 between two competitive teams from the Dedham Polo Club and the Norfolk Hunt Club. The polo game will be six “chukkers” divided into two halves of three chukkers each with an extended half-time break.
