March 28, 2020 - Saturday's MEDFIELD HISTORICAL MINUTE:
"In 1908 Frank Hayes of Sherborn was arrested by Medfield selectman George L.L. Allen and police officer George Murray for delivering intoxicating liquors at the Gerald House Inn located near the intersection of Adams Street and West Mill Street. As Medfield was a dry town, Hayes pleaded guilty before district court and a fine of $50 was imposed."
