A Medfield Historical Minute...

This "Medfield Historical Minute" is brought to you by town historian Richard DeSorgher.
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis. A different "Medfield Historical Minute" will appear each day during the Crisis.

"In April of 1915 Arbor Day exercises were held at the Ralph Wheelock School on Pleasant Street. Four trees were planted on the school grounds. One of the trees was planted in honor of the graduating seniors of the MHS Class of 1915 and another one to the students graduating from the grammar school. Principal Ralph W. Taylor delivered a short address and songs were contribute by a quintet from teacher Miss Grey’s room."
