Thirteenth Week - Friday's "Medfield Historical Minute"
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis.

A Medfield Historical Minute...
This "Medfield Historical Minute" is brought to you by town historian Richard DeSorgher.
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis. A different "Medfield Historical Minute" will appear each day during the Crisis.
"Medfield High School was first established on March 4, 1870, with Henry F. Kurk the first highs school principal. In 1899 Medfield voted to unite with Walpole to form a superintendent’s district; our first superintendent of schools was Abner A. Badger. He served three days a week in Walpole and two days per week in Medfield."
