A Medfield Historical Minute...

This "Medfield Historical Minute" is brought to you by town historian Richard DeSorgher.
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis. A different "Medfield Historical Minute" will appear each day during the Crisis.

"In 1912 the Medfield Grange Hall Association moved the large building on Park Street, recently purchased, onto their six acres of land on lower Pleasant Street, adjoining the town playground (area 89-91 Pleasant Street Condominium complex). The Grange Building, which later became the American Legion Hall, burnt to the ground by arson on December 22, 1969."
