A Medfield Historical Minute...

This "Medfield Historical Minute" is brought to you by town historian Richard DeSorgher.
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis. A different "Medfield Historical Minute" will appear each day during the Crisis

"In 1975 Friendly’s open in Medfield, on the corner of the new Route 27 and Main Street (Rt. 109). It would become a main stay in Medfield, serving ice cream, meals and its famous Fribble, for 36 years until 2011. It was replaced by the current Dunkin' Donuts."
