It is 40 degrees and sunny. The birds, chickadees, goldfinch, and blue jays are at the feeders and having fun.

The lake is free of ice but there is still snow on the beach between my two properties.

I remember having to shovel a path for the dog, and paying a young man to shovel the driveway in Melrose; but that was winter and now it is spring again!
The sun is high in the heavenly blue sky, and there is a gentle breeze. I can almost see some green growing along the side of the house.
The weather forecast is for 50 degrees this week, with some rain on Tuesday; but no snow.
My dog, Casa is happy just resting on the couch or taking a walk on the quiet road, as we did earlier.
I am happy reading and just watching spring appear right before my eyes.
It is a good day so enjoy it!.
