Balance Screening Program

According to the National Institute on Aging (NIA), strength training exercises improve seniors functioning and activities of daily living.  Core training strengthens the muscles that surround the hips, pelvis, lower back and abdomen, combats muscle mass decline, prevent poor posture and spinal stiffness and can help you stay out of the hospital by decreasing your fall risk.  Join our presentation by Laura DuBois, a Physical Therapist from Northeast Rehab Hospital's clinic in Stoneham.  Registration required as space is limited.  Please call 781-662-6886
