During times of transition, change and economic uncertainty, nonprofits and government boards cannot continue to manage in the same way. Each organization must continue to deliver results and protect the bottom line in an environment of ever tightening budgets, staff layoffs and program closures.
To succeed in the face of these challenges, nonprofits need the right tools and skills. In light of this ongoing need, Ducks in a Row Consulting has developed an educational workshop for non-profit and government board members.
This interactive workshop will help inspire entrepreneurial thinking and enhance the skills of participants in the area of strategic planning. Participants will have an opportunity to learn from an expert and through peer-group discussions.
