Man Indicted In Melrose Convenience Store Armed Robberies
The Lynn man was also indicted for a string of other robberies across Middlesex County.

A Lynn man is accused of a string of armed robberies in Middlesex County, including knocking over a pair of Melrose convenience stores during the fall.
Ramfis Casado, 34, was indicted on more than two dozen charges, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Malden Chief of Police Kevin Molis said in a joint statement. He will be arraigned Friday in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn.
Casado was arrested Dec. 10, a day after a masked armed robbery of a Malden convenience store. He has been held without bail since.

He was indicted Feb. 6 on 26 charges connected to 10 other robberies, including robbing Bob's Market Nov. 23 and West Wyoming Market Dec. 5. Officials said he was armed with a knife in both robberies, as well as ones in Arlington, Everett, Malden, Waltham and Woburn
Casado was indicted on 10 counts of armed and masked robbery, 10 counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery, unarmed robbery, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop a motor vehicle at a police stop and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
