8:41 a.m. Student fight at .
11:19 a.m. Homeowner from Boston Rock Road states his neighbor contacted him and saw a male party go into his house. Multiple officers responded; person in house was house cleaner.

6:05 p.m. Saugus Police reports deer struck on Upham Street. Officers unable to locate deer.
Tuesday, Dec. 13
11:13 a.m. reports a tree being cut down on Goodyear Avenue, possibly improperly.
Wednesday, Dec. 14
5:34 a.m. Caller reports fire in progress on East Street.
9:18 p.m. Walk-in report from Enmore Road of stolen repair plate.
10:51 p.m. Caller from Gibbons Street reports possible scam. Woman reported she was looking at a piece of property to rent, according to Melrose Police Lt. Mark DeCroteau and found an ad on Craiglist. She was curious as to why the price was so low for a four-bedroom unit, did a little more research and she received an email from company that said it was out of West Africa and wanted her renters information.
Thursday, Dec. 15
8:41 a.m. Multiple trash bags dumped on Penney Road.
9:10 a.m. Assist Middlesex Sheriff’s Department with eviction and warrant on tenant on Brunswick Park. A 29-year-old woman was placed under warrant arrest.
9:51 a.m. Caller reported a hit and run at the Main Street .
11:05 a.m. Caller states dog struck by car at Lynn Fells Parkway and Green Street. Animal control on scene.
1:47 p.m. Altercation between juveniles at Melrose High School. Under investigation
4:17 p.m. Caller reports catalytic converter cut off of his 2005 Honda Pilot while parked at .
7:35 p.m. Caller from Pleasant Street reported someone just broke her window and is trying to get in. Officer reports rock thrown through window.
8:17 p.m. Several 911 calls from Hemenway Avenue home about a man trying to get into their home. Man was ringing doorbell and knocking on door. Neighbors reported man appeared intoxicated. Officers responded, man was treated for a minor head wound and transported by ambulance.
Friday, Dec. 16
11:47 a.m. Past breaking and entering on Howard Street.
1:13 p.m. Walk-in report from of stolen wallet.
4:47 p.m. Caller reports a dump truck lost its load on Upham Street. DPW removed dirt, sweeper to follow.
5 p.m. Caller reports someone took her car keys and pocketbook from .
6:11 p.m. Past hit and run damage to vehicle on Main Street.
8:28 p.m. Caller reported a break into an East Street home.
9:21 p.m. Several 911 calls for a domestic disturbance on Oakland Street. A 41-year-old Melrose man was issue a summons on three charges of assault and battery.
Saturday, Dec. 17
2:31 p.m. Peabody Police report misuse of Auxiliary Police Officer badge. According to Peabody Patch, Peabody Police received a report of a man at the shopping plaza at 300 Andover St. walking up to shoppers and telling them he was a police officer. He was using a badge to enforce parking laws. The caller said the man, who was not in uniform, intimidated her. Police located the man who said he was an auxiliary officer for the Melrose Police Department. His badge and ID were confiscated and officers were following up with Melrose Police. DeCroteau said the man displayed the badge after allegedly witnessing a motor vehicle violation. The matter is under investigation by Melrose Police.
Sunday, Dec. 18
1:16 a.m. Officer located smashed window in high school.
12:04 p.m. Wreath stolen off Stratford Road home.
12:37 p.m. Past breaking and entering on Malvern Street.
Other Arrests and Summonses
A 48-year-old Everett man was placed under warrant arrest on Monday, Dec. 12.
A 22-year-old Malden resident was issued a summons on Monday, Dec. 12 on charges of a subsequent offense of driving with a suspended license, an unregistered motor vehicle, and no inspection sticker.
Kevin McLaughlin, 25, 200 Park Terrace Drive, Apt. 221, Stoneham, was arrested on Saturday, Dec. 17 on charges of OUI liquor; an intoxicated licensee carrying a firearm; marked lanes violation; and speeding in violation of special regulation.
