2:26 p.m. Threats at Main Street office building. Daniel Defaria Jr., 42, 794 Massachusetts Ave., Boston, was arrested on charges of larceny over $250, threat to commit crime, and intimidating a witness.

Other Arrests and Summonses

A 35-year-old Manchester, NH woman was issued a summons on Monday, Oct. 3 on the charge of larceny over $250.

A 42-year-old Stoneham man was issued a summons on Tuesday, Oct. 4 charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness.

A 17-year-old Melrose male was issued a summons on Wednesday, Oct. 5 on the charge of disturbing the peace.

Christopher A. Stevens, 41, 23 Fairlawn St., Malden was arrested on Friday, Oct. 7 on charges of a subsequent offense of driving with a suspended license, failing to stop/yield, and on a default warrant.

Claudomiro Rufino Baia, 38, 798 Main St., Apt. 1, Wakefield, was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 8 on charges of unlicensed operation of a vehicle and failing to stop/yield.

A 49-year-old Saugus man was placed in protective custody on Monday, Oct. 10.

Gregory Allen, 45, 103 West Highland Ave., Melrose, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 11 on the charge of assault and battery.
