5:26 p.m. Officer reports small fire in potted plant next to on Essex Street. Extinguished by .

7:54 p.m. Walk-in report from Main Street apartment of larceny.

9:23 p.m. Walk-in report from Romulus Hair Design on Main Street of fraud.

9:40 p.m. Walk-in report of vandalism on Trenton Street. A 45-year-old Melrose man was issued a summons on the charge of vandalizing property.

Tuesday, Sept. 20

8:05 a.m. Caller states broken window in vehicle on Penney Road.

4:58 p.m. Walk-in report of larceny from Shaw’s on Essex Street.

Saturday, Sept. 24

1:40 p.m. Walk-in report of damage to property on Heywood Avenue.

4:57 p.m. Report of two-car accident on Forest Street.

5:01 p.m. Caller stated she observed someone climbing into the second floor window of a Florence Street home. Officer reported that it was the homeowner who was locked out.

Sunday, Sept. 25

9:37 a.m. Report of white man in black robe and barefoot in intersection of Lebanon Street and East Foster Street trying to stop cars. Officer reports man was locked out of his house.

9:49 a.m. Complaint of damage to vehicle on West Wyoming Avenue.

1 p.m. Couch dumped on Penney Road.

6:41 p.m. Domestic disturbance on Myrtle Street. Officers spoke with man who reported a verbal argument.

A 22-year-old Everett man was issued a summons on Monday, Sept. 19 on charges of an uninsured motor vehicle and revoked registration.

A 59-year-old Malden man was issued a summons on Sunday, Sept. 25 on charges od unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an uninsured motor vehicle and failing to stop at a stop sign.
