Melrose Police Logs: Stealing Everywhere|Burglar Or Just A Kid

Also: A bank robbery; A white powdery substance; and a kid who had beer!

MELROSE, MA — The Melrose Police log offers a peek into some of the (allegedly) crime-y parts of the city. It's important to remember that an arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Police listed dozens of entries between Monday, Dec. 1 and Sunday, Dec. 17. (Remember to keep up on local happenings by subscribing to Melrose Patch for free!)

There appear to have been a major up-tick in stolen packages and car break-ins as we approached the holiday season. Plus, there was that bank robbery.
