Naked Man Runs With Bag Over Head: Melrose Police Log

MELROSE, MA — The following are excerpts from last week's Melrose Police log. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Tuesday, Dec. 11

1:53 p.m. - A road rage report of a woman in the Melrose Wakefield Hospital parking garage driving in the wrong lane and trying to smash into someone's car.

6:08 p.m. - Report of a male punching a female in front of the hospital. The female ran away on Lebanon with the male chasing her.

Wednesday, Dec. 12

11:44 a.m. - Report of a vehicle with teenagers inside pulling up to residents on Melrose Street and making vulgar statements.

1:38 p.m. - Report of vandalism at the Melrose Church of Christ.

Thursday, Dec. 14

9:59 a.m. - A 31-year-old Brighton man was summonsed on charges of speeding in violation of special regulation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Friday, Dec. 14

2:39 a.m. - Report of a man running down Pleasant Street naked with a paper bag on his head.

Sunday, Dec. 16

3:42 a.m. - Report of a possible altercation at Coolidge Condos on Main Street. A 47-year-old woman from Lebanon, N.H., was arrested on charges of domestic assault or assault and battery.

7:57 p.m. - Complaint from at Melrose Care Center results in summons for 54-year-old Melrose man on charges of assault and battery.
