Poll Results: Majority Disagree With Proposed Changes to Penalties for Repeat Drunk Drivers
See the breakdown of the results from last week's poll.

Last week, we asked you so much that refusing to take a breath test would constitute a conviction- and a further suspension of a driver's license.
A total of 28 people voted in the poll. The results?
- 18 (64 percent) said, "No, refusing to take a breath test shouldn't turn into a conviction."
- 10 (35 percent) said, "Yes, changes to the law could keep repeat drunk drivers off the road."
