Brad Hutchinson speaks with Carole Tate in the garden outside the home.
Tate, despite having grown up in the neighborhood, was visiting the home for the first time. She was excited to finally have the opportunity to visit the site and learn more about its history and the history of those who were past residents of the house. The structure itself was said to have been built in 1703. Ownership remains in the hands of Upham family descendants.
