I’d like to propose that we consider that there is no them. There is only us.There has never been a them.

There has always been just us.

There are healthy and unwell us, old and young,

wealthy and poor. But only us.

It’s a simple premise but made difficult because there are so many of “US”. It may be a comfort to

think that one is totally unique. Unlike all the “rest”

It’s not true.

And don’t limit yourself…. The gay and the straight,

The trans , the bi ,the binary and the non are all US.

One and all .

We are diverse…we are varied , but one and all, we

are all US.
