11:42 a.m.: Caller requesting a well being check on her husband who has been drinking through the weekend and believes he may still be intoxicated, concerned that he is home alone, unable to make contact with him. Sunset Drive

1 p.m.: Caller reporting her vehicle was struck in the parking lot and someone took down the license plate,

5:26 p.m.: 911 Caller stating that his wife had an interview this afternoon and has not yet returned home. He expected her around 1430 and as of 1730 he had not heard from her. Dilla Street

6:31 p.m.: Police respond to accident on South Main Street. Manuel Minchela, South Bow Street, Milford, arrested and charged with failure to use care in starting and stopping, unlicensed operation
