Danny Woodhead to Sign Books at PinZ

Danny Woodhead will be in Milford Tuesday night to help launch a new children's book, Danny Woodhead: A Football Dream Come True. The book, by author Jon Goode and illustrator Rachel Gregorio, recounts the story of the undersized and underestimated Woodhead, who is admired throughout Patriot Nation for his heart and determination.

Along with the author, the running back will be on hand for pictures and to sign copies of the book. He will not autograph other sports memorabilia. According to an email from , Woodhead will read the book to the attendees.

Proceeds from the book's sale will benefit the C2 Mission, a foundation benefitting families affected by cerebral palsy and cystic fibrosis.
