Improvements Made in Condemned Home
A Board of Health report says that some progress has been made in repairing a condemned home in Milford.

Progress has been made at a condemned Milford home about a week before a court date that will decide if the homeowner has to vacate the property.
According to a Board of Health report from July 27 obtained by the Milford Daily News, the plumbing is fixed, but the roof needs to be replaced and there has been no effort to remove any stored or stacked material in the house.
The owner of the home, Dave Timpany, an elderly disabled veteran, was told in July by a Worcester Housing Court judge that he must fix his house or face eviction.
