Man Accused Of Milford Home, Construction Vehicle Break-Ins
Milford police said officers on an overnight road detail arrested a Framingham man accused of breaking into a home and construction vehicle.
MILFORD, MA — Two Milford police officers working an overnight road detail arrested a Framingham man early Friday after police said they found him breaking into a construction vehicle.
Colin Gideon-Murphy, 31, was arrested at about 12:40 a.m. Friday after officers assigned to the Milford Police Department Patrol Division detained him during the break-in, according to police.
Police said officers found a tubular glass crack pipe in Gideon-Murphy’s possession while taking him into custody.

As officers continued investigating at the scene, two nearby residents approached police and reported that Gideon-Murphy had just broken into their home and asked for crack cocaine, according to police.
Gideon-Murphy was held on $2,000 bail on charges of breaking and entering a building at nighttime for a felony, breaking and entering a vehicle or boat at nighttime for a felony and disorderly conduct, police said.
