Milford Bust Nets Several Drugs, Gun and Over $8K: Police

One man was arrested in Milford and faces multiple drug and weapons charges.

MILFORD, MA — The Milford Police Department's latest bust netted several bags of drugs including cocaine, an illegal gun and over $8,000 in cash. A man named Shawn Davis was arrested in Milford on Wednesday and faces several drug and weapons charges.

Milford police's detective unit worked with the Drug Enforcement Agency Worcester High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force on a joint investigation that led them to a home on South Bow Street, where Davis was staying. In the home, police found a loaded high capacity pistol with obliterated serial numbers, several bags of Cocaine, Adderall, Clonazapam, Diazapam and over $8,000 cash.

The Milford Police Special Operations Team, Mendon Police K9 and Marlborough Police K9 units assisted in the search and arrest of Davis.

Davis was charged with the following:

  • Illegal Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm
  • Possession of Ammunition
  • Possession of a Large Capacity feeding DeviceImproper storage of a firearm
  • Possession of a With Altered/Defaced Serial Number
  • Possession W/I to Distribute Class B Drugs Subsequent Offense
  • 2 counts of Possession of Class B Drugs
  • 2 counts of Possession of Class C Drugs.
