Milford Man Convicted of Stalking Police Chief to be Sentenced Monday

Dominick Cristino, 50 faces possible jail time and a fine.

A Milford man convicted of stalking the police chief and deputy will be sentenced Monday in Worcester Superior Court.

Dominick Cristino, 50 faces possible jail time after he was found guilty of two counts of stalking connecting to harassment of Milford Police Chief Tom O’Loughlin and Deputy Chief Jim Heron, according to the Milford Daily News. The charges could be up to five years in a state prison or 21 1/2 years in a house of correction. There is also the possibility of a fine of up to $1,000.

Cristino was found guilty last week after a three-day jury trial in Worcester Superior Court, according to the Milford Police Department. The verdict comes as a result of his actions against Chief Tom O’Loughlin and Deputy Police Chief Jim Heron.

Arraigned earlier this year, charges were brought against Cristino after he posted multiple videos to his Facebook page, including one of him circling the parking lot where O’Laughlin’s car sat.
