Milford 'Tribute Train' Will Celebrate Milford Regional Workers
On Friday morning, a parade of police and fire trucks in Milford will celebrate local hospital workers.

MILFORD, MA — A parade of police and fire vehicles from across the region — and even a UMass Memorial LifeFlight helicopter — will roll through Milford on Friday morning to celebrate the medical workers fighting coronavirus at Milford Regional Medical Center.
The "tribute train" will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Big Lots parking lot along South Main Street, and then head toward the medical center. The helicopter will circle above as the parade moves through town.
The celebration was organized by Milford Police Chief Michael Pighetti and UMass Memorial paramedic Nicholas North. A collection of close to 20 local towns, from Millis to Uxbridge, are expected to participate, according to organizers.
