Eligibility

Participants must reside in the Milford, Hopedale or Upton area and be 5 years to 14 years old on or before December 31, 2014 to be eligible for football. For cheerleading, participant must be 5 years to 13 years old on or before July 31st, 2014.

• Cheer Other & Football All Grades

• 1 Child:  $200.00 ($225.00 After April 15th)
• 2 Children:  $305.00 ($355.00 After April 15th)
• 3 or More Children:  $420.00 ($495.00 After April 15th)
