“It became very clear to me after receiving feedback from students, faculty, administrators and members of the community, who were all represented throughout the selection process, that they desired a dynamic leader who possesses strong interpersonal skills, communicates well, uses data to make informed decisions and is focused on student achievement and quality instruction,” said Joe Morais, Milford School Committee Chair, in a statement. “I believe Mr. Otlin has the vision and collaborative nature to move our high school forward.”
