'Dig 4 a Cure' Event Raises $355

The "Dig 4 a Cure" event at Milton High School featured a boys against girls volleyball game.

On Thursday, October 27, the Lady Wildcats volleyball team finished their two-day “Dig 4 a Cure” event celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a game of volleyball against the Milton High boys.

Behind the scenes for the girl versus the boys game was Milton High teachers Rich Guarino, Maggie Radley and volleyball coach Robin Lee.

Fourteen boys represented the “Real Men Wear Pink” Team and 15 girls represented the “Spikes 4 Sisters” Team. It was a fun afternoon that topped off the two-day fund raising event to find a cure for breast cancer.
