Milton High Field Hockey Team Wins Over Natick 2-1
The Lady Wildcats secured a come-from-behind victory over Natick on Tuesday afternoon.
On September 11, 2012 Milton High’s varsity field hockey team played the Red and Blue Ladies from Natick at Brooks Field, Milton.
The first half of play ended with both teams unable to score due to strong defenses.
Milton Coach Jamie Donovan reminded the team it has to be a team effort to win against the strong Natick Team.

At the start of the second half Natick took control of the ball and scored a quick goal to give them the lead 1-0. Not to be outdone, the Wildcats came right back and scored their own goal tying the game.
With a little more than 10 minutes left in the game Milton scored another goal and held off the charging Natick team for the rest of the game securing the win 2-1.

With three games already played the Lady Wildcats are 2-1 for the season. Next game is away on September 13, 2012 against Newton North.
