Milton’s Coach Lee Inducted into Mass Girls Volleyball Hall of Fame

Mass Girls Volleyball Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

On Sunday, October 16, the Mass Girls Volleyball Coaches Association held their Hall of Fame Awards at Joe’s American Grill on the Boston Waterfront. One of the ten inductees was Milton High Volleyball Head Coach Robin Lee. 

Coach Lee has coached volleyball at Milton High for 21 seasons and also the interim president of the Volleyball Coaches Association for the past year.  

In 2001 Coach Lee was named Boston Globe Division 2 Coach of the year. She also has had 4 Bay State League Herget Division Championships in the years 1999, 2001, 2002 and 2003. Her teams have had 8 State Tournament appearances and she has produced 4 MGVCA all scholastic players for the Globe/Herald over her time as well as several Patriot Ledger All Scholastics.

First starting as an assistant coach in 1989 and then as head coach the following year Lee has 151 career wins to date.

The event was attended by her family that included her mother Barbara, husband Joe, and three children, Nicole, Austin and Lindsay. Also in attendance were many friends and former and present players for Coach Lee.
