Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull will host the presentation, “Alzheimer’s and its Effects on the Family” at Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull, 2415 Reservoir Ave., on Thursday, Feb. 11 at 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. From the individuals living with the disease to spouses, children, grandchildren and caregivers, Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia affect our loved ones in different, yet equally significant, ways. Join us as a to learn how to handle the specific and overlapping challenges your family members may be experiencing, including how to best explain memory loss and the changes in your loved one’s behavior or abilities to young children.
