Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking new local childcare consultants to join our growing team for Milton, Dorchester, and Quincy.

As a Community Consultant, you must be a creative, passionate and innovative person who is impartial to people based on their race, creed, nationality and culture. This opportunity requires complete neutrality and excellent customer service skills. We are also seeking people who are able to grow awareness about our program in their local area, through referrals and extensive marketing efforts.

Put your customer service and marketing skills to work as you introduce families in your community to a flexible and affordable form of childcare. Work with international au pairs and help them navigate their year in the United States. Plan fun events for your group of families and au pairs and be a source of support for them as well.

This has a little bit of everything including the opportunity to earn domestic and international trips!
