Court Log: Boston Man Found Guilty of Traffic Offense in Milton

Adrian L. Padilla, 30, of 54 Hghland St., Boston was found guilty in Quincy District Court of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended as a habitual traffic offender.
Judge Mary Orfanello sentenced Padilla to 60 days in jail. The charge stems from a Aug. 1, 2010 incident in Milton at 7:40 p.m. when state police conducting traffic enforcement on Route 138 saw Padilla riding a motorized scooter without a helmet and stopped him.
