Court Log: Suspended License, Restraining Order Violation

Brockton man a no-show at arraignment

Steven C. Tratzinski, 52, of 28 Cleveland St., Brockton failed to appear in Quincy District Court for arraignment on a charge of driving with a suspended license and a breakdown lane violation. A judge issued a default warrant. The charges stem from a Dec. 22, 2010 incident in Milton at 2:45 p.m. when police observed a black Toyota traveling in the breakdown lane on Route 93 near Exit 3.

Aliriza Balyemez, 52, of 121 West Elm Ave., Quincy, failed to appear in Quincy District Court for arraignment on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. A judge issued a default warrant. The charge stems from a Jan. 10 incident in Milton at 7 p.m. when police responded to a report of a restraining order violation involving Balyemez allegedly inquiring about the employee status of his ex-wife where she works.
